In moving to Snowdonia National Park, I wanted to explore & support our new local community for fresh produce and meat, whilst also exploring simple and freshly cooked menu’s, taking customer feedback onboard to continue moving forwards with tastes guests will come back for.

It is your feedback and requests that help us improve our dishes offered.

Paul Smith, Chef
